The Career Navigator program is designed to empower individuals to explore and identify suitable career paths based on their skills, interests, values, and personality traits. This comprehensive program aims to provide participants with the tools and insights necessary to make informed decisions about their professional future. This program focuses on individuals who meet the following criteria:

• High school students exploring post-graduation options

• College students considering majors or career options

• Professionals seeking career transitions

• Individuals re-entering the workforce or considering changing career paths

Participants will complete a variety of assessments to explore personal interests and passions, identify transferable skills and competencies, and understand their personality traits and how they relate to career choices. Upon completion of their assessments, participants will receive a one-on-one counseling session with a certified career counselor to discuss assessment results and insights, set career goals based on assessment results, and develop a personalized action plan for career development.

The Career Navigator equips individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to effectively navigate the career path they set for themselves with the assistance of a certified instructor. This program aims to inspire and guide participants toward fulfilling their life’s purpose by fostering self-awareness and providing practical tools.
